Heart’n Spice is the next generation nutrition and health company that is pioneering personalized nutrition. Heart’n Spice blends 30 years of food and nutrition research, focused on metabolic and cardiac health of Indians and South Asians, with the art of regional traditional cooking.
The Challenge
- They wanted to leverage social channels like Facebook and Instagram to reach out to new customers.
- They also wanted to retarget customers who abandoned their online shopping cart with personalized follow up messages in their inbox via email marketing.
Our Approach
First, we focused on growing their Facebook and Insatgram fan base. Once that was achieved, we focused on increasing the engagement rate of their posts via strategic organic posts and Facebook ads.
We performed rigorous testing with Facebook ads, using different ad creatives, demographics, and placements. This allowed us to identify the best ads that delivered maximum reach and engagement.
We also sent frequent newsletters to existing subscribers and aimed at improving the click through rate (CTR) of these emails. We also engaged customers who had abandoned their shopping cart by sending strategic emails at the right time.
Results
We were able to double Heart’n Spice’s Facebook reach in 3 months. We also increased post engagement rate by 250%.
Furthermore, we increased social media contribution to Heart’n Spice’s total traffic by 400%.
